Industrial casters are widely used and have high application value in industrial production and machinery manufacturing, and are well received by the market. So what should be paid attention to in the specific industrial caster procurement, how can we choose the industrial casters suitable for the enterprise?

First, determine the material of the industrial casters required by the company. The material directly determines the application range and strength of industrial casters. The materials of industrial casters are usually polyurethane, nylon, rubber, cast iron, plastic and so on. Among them, polyurethane and nylon are the most common caster materials, and they can be regarded as general materials regardless of their application in various occasions. For some special places, such as some extremely demanding special requirements, you can choose a specific material to achieve the effect.

Second, the choice of industrial caster brackets. The caster bracket is the bearing mechanism of the entire caster. The stability of the bracket directly determines the service life of the caster. The load-bearing of the casters is of course the bigger the better, but the casters with the appropriate bearing capacity should also be selected to ensure the flexibility and ease of handling of the casters. The choice of caster brackets mainly depends on the thickness of the welded steel plate and the level of welding technology. Only a certain thickness of high-quality steel plate with a good welding process, the caster bracket thus produced can stand the test of time.

Third, the caster size is selected according to the condition of the road surface in use. The larger the caster size, the easier it is to push, and the more obstacles the stronger, but the steering flexibility is also reduced. The smaller the wheel, the lighter and more flexible it is, the greater the controllability, but the less obstacle it has. Therefore, the purchase of industrial casters needs to be determined according to the actual situation of the factory ground.
