The casters made of plastic materials are very similar to nylon wheels in terms of color and appearance, and they can even be said to be the same. Based on cost-saving considerations, some dealers only value the price and not the quality. Plastic wheels can be used for some machines that are not very heavy, but for some heavy machinery, many quality problems have occurred. Generally, the color of the finished nylon wheel is light yellow or milky white. Because nylon is a polymer, it has high mechanical strength and can reach the strength of metal materials.
The simple identification method is to smash it with a hammer to see how hard it is. If the wheel is hard enough, then it is a nylon wheel, otherwise it is a plastic wheel.
